Halifax based Public Relations Agency, Discourse, continues to rapidly expand with key successes and new accounts in the past month.
Established in August of this year, Discourse succeeded in turning a profit within a month and has gone from strength to strength by more than doubling their existing client base in November.
Daniel Cawdron, CEO & Creative Director of Discourse, commented “It’s great to see that there has been such a positive response to our services. Our aim from the start was to provide public relations and perception management for local businesses, and we’re happy to see that the market is just as ready for us as we were for them”.
Now working with local enterprises such as Ludbrooks Estates Agents, Artisan Homes and Bannon Environmental, the company is proving popular with their policy of local publicity for local clients, taking on PR and marketing consultancy work within a variety of sectors.
David Bannon, Managing Director of Bannon Environmental, stated “As a business we appreciate the value that good PR can bring, but we felt we were underrepresented in the industry and priced out of the market. It’s great that there are companies like Discourse coming through now that will help local professionals with their marketing”.
Now operating across Kirklees, Calderdale and beyond, Discourse is looking to continue the growth in 2016 with a few select clients joining their roster.
“Our first priority is to our existing clients, and as with any business we don’t want to grow beyond our means and infringe on the service we’re currently providing” Mr. Cawdron stated.
“We’ve still not reached our target of finding a local brewery to work with, but I’m starting to think that’s mostly a selfish target on my part!”
